Costa Rican Tarrazu (tah – RAH – zoo)

Grown in the countryside surrounding the capitol city of San Jose, Costa Rican

Tarrazu is a classically complete brew, medium bodied and richly acidic with

a sweetly smooth, mild flavor and wonderful aroma. Often compared to a good
burgundy, this coffee is rich, bright and hearty.

This brew is aromatic, spicy and acidic, but perfectly balanced with a soft,

mild flavor, heavy body, and chocolate overtonessmooth as can be.
